The Starting Point Dot Net was founded in May 2002 and is located in State of Ohio in the USA. The original use and intent was for the CEO-David Donnelly to use as a learning tool for web site and domain management. The past 4 years David has tried or studied almost every business found on the Internet. In his quest for the right business he started several web sites and is now concentrating in bringing them all together to form a conglomerate of family friendly sites.
